WARRANTIES
All of our homes come with a 2 year GS Brown Construction warranty period and a 10 year NHBC warranty. Our site managers and directors personally check over each home before handover to ensure quality and satisfaction. You will receive leaflets at handover on what to expect with your new home during its settling period, but our team will be there to support you through the warranty period to help you with any uncertainties.
CONSUMER CODE
The Code is designed to help you understand what levels of service to expect from your builder, feel fully informed about your purchase and know your consumer rights before and after you move in. In the unlikely event that problems arise, a speedy, free dispute resolution scheme is available to deal with complaints about breaches of the Code.
