Come Prepared.

If you need a mortgage, speak to a financial advisor before your viewings so you are comfortable with your own budget. Our sales team can assist you with this if this is something you have not already thought about. You will need a Scottish solicitor to proceed with buying your GS Brown home, ask our sales advisors for our recommended solicitors.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend you check you will have access to your finances when required, speak to your solicitor prior to reserving a property.

Reserving your dream home.

If you have fallen in love with one of our homes, speak to our sales advisors who can support you through the reservation process highlighted below.

Reservation – Once you’ve paid your deposit, our sales advisor will guide you through the reservation process by completing a reservation form and consumer checklist with you, ensuring your comfort and confidence in your future home. This reservation fee secures your plot for 4 weeks, during which you’ll work with your solicitor to finalize the legal contract, known as ‘missives’. Once the missives are settled, a further deposit of £1,000 is paid to your solicitor. Rest assured, both the reservation fee and deposit will be deducted from your purchase price, making the process smooth and clear for you.
