MOVE IN DAY
The day has come for you to move into your new home, once the funds have been received from your solicitor. Our Sales Advisor will meet you at your new home, take meter readings, and handover your keys, you will receive a GS Brown handover folder which includes:
- All the warranties for your brand-new home appliances and heating system.
- A quick start guide to your new house which details information explained at the previous home demonstration.
- Architectural drawings of your home in case of future renovation.
- A detailed plan of all electrical works completed within the home, as well as information on our small contracts company.
- Contact information for our after-sales maintenance department, who will be able to assist you with anything, post completion.
- Details on what kitchen and bathroom choices were installed in your home, with information on our suppliers.
BENEFIT FROM OUR 6 MONTHS MAINTENANCE LETTER FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE.
After you have been in your home for 6 months, we will send you a letter through the post asking you to detail any defects you would like us to take care of after you have settled into your new home for your satisfaction.
2-YEAR GS BROWN WARRANTY
Our 2-year warranty period ensures that you are covered for any defects within your home for 2 years after completion. If you encounter any issues during this time, please reach out to Customer Care for any necessary works in your home. We want to make sure you are fully informed about what is covered under your warranty, which is why we provide you with an easy guide at handover. This guide will help you navigate through any questions or concerns you may have regarding your warranty coverage.
